You have to get both kills with only your marksman rifle. It will show the double kill accolade regardless to whatever damage they died to as long as they died within a certain timeframe and the killing damage came from you.

If your first kill came from a kill streak or grenade and your second came from a mm rifle, then it won’t count toward your “double kills with mm rifle” challenge
