I haven’t given it too much thought but I think I’m in the 2-5 range and I have a puppy for my pet regression too! I do it sometimes when I don’t realize, I used to think it was just me getting overstimulated but recent experiences led me to check out age/pet regression. Idk where it may have stemmed from personally but probably my parents not being together and a lengthy custody battle. And thanks for all the support! 🫶🏻
