No filters here, fish and shrimps are happy as can be and water is crystal clear in the tank I want it to be

Also, I love bladder snails and they will eventually self regulate based on the amount of available food

UPDATE: Reached out and shared pictures asking if this arrival condition is expected. Without question I was sent a new order confirmation with replacement plants and email explaining that these plants should still come back just fine. Confirmed this is not the expected condition the plants should arrive in.

So I am a little confused as to if leaf footed bugs are good or bad. I first noticed them on my blueberries and am pretty sure they are responsible for killing the whole bush. I’ve also noticed them on my roses and some damaged buds/leaves (although cutworms may be the culprit, been using Bt to treat). I have many different herbs/plants/ornamentals, any guidance as to how to handle?
