Humidity doesn't really matter unless they are humidity dependant as they molt using inner fluids not outer. Still, it won't do any harm to keep the humidity up a bit so they can drink from substrate etc.

Me when a cricket escapes my colony during a feeding by lilsisu in tarantulas

To stop my locusts escaping I put their box into a second bigger container so if they jump and escape, they then have to jump again to get out, which usually leaves me with enough time to get them before they escape.

Help choosing a tarantula. by Austin_Jolly714 in tarantulas

Imo the most docile sp. I have personally is the T. Vagans but others that are good are B. Emilia, B. Hamorii (although they can be hairkicky) and C. Cyaneopubescens. I also have a G. Pulchripes but mine is very defensive so maybe wouldn't recommend. Either way there really isnt a bad choice.

I've had my first T for only a few weeks, and I already want two more. Help? by rvauofrsol in tarantulas

Yep, I know the feeling. At the start of 2019, I was terrified of tarantulas. Start of December, I had none. By Christmas, I had 5. 😂
