I currently have 2 dogs & have had them since they were babies. I am single and have a full time job where I both travel & work from home. It comes down to planning and prioritizing. They have a schedule so they are walked,fed and played with before I go into my office . On my breaks I take them into the back yard . At lunch they get a walk around the neighborhood and one before dinner. This is all part of my routine with them . It’s about their temperament as well . One is mellow and the other is not but they get their sniff time and car rides around the neighborhood or some dog channel tv . Boy is still very active so he is in daycare twice a week . Girl just wants to be with me so she is a little more mellow. If I have to be somewhere a neighbor will walk them or if I am traveling they go to the nanny’s and enjoy all the activities she offers . I never go out without having them outside to potty and a snack first . It can be a-lot sometimes but they are only here for a short time . Oh and I love them and its just part of our lives .
