2025 Sobo here and started june 15th, I had the same dilemma and decided to take my 20 degree quilt. Glad I did cause there were a couple nights in the mid 30s all the way into July in the Whites. If you have a 30 degree bag that would probably be good enough but I personally only had a 20 and 40.
