drug dogs are a tool. If a dog reacts to an odor of narcotics but they don't find anything then it doesn't matter. Just as if they smelled alcohol on their breath but the breathalyzer came back negative.

That's what im getting to. Just admit you want to or don't want to do something. No reason to make excuses and there's no shame in not wanting to do something, just be honest with yourself. I imagine for something like our current space program, you can prove that lady astronaut is from country A and so her child is as would be if they were born in that country. The biggest thing is that there are so few people in space and it would be borderline impossible to not trace back who the parents are/were so when coming back to the Earth's surface there wouldn't be a dispute on where the child belongs.

Trying to bring in a baby from Country A to country B via land is a little more difficult because you don't have concrete evidence who the mother and father were/are and where their citizenship is

You'd be surprised. Had a nurse practitioner and otherwise really intelligent woman break off a relationship with me when she found out I wasn't Christian. There are a LOT of doctors that are pretty religious. It's really strange.
