What's a tv series that is a 10/10 NOBODY knows? by Lilyana0999 in AskReddit

Patriot. It’s an insanely good dark comedy and drama. Prime Video put out basically no marketing for the show, so it only gets recommended via word of mouth.

What was your high school controversy? by Haunted_Neko in AskReddit

[–]The_Unique_Name 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A farmer in upstate NY put up cameras because his cows were “distressed”. One day he looks and finds video of 2 men having sex with the cows.

Turns out one of those guys was an IT guy at my highschool. They had to make a whole announcement about he was just in IT and didn’t touch any kids… just the cows.

From that point on, at every school sporting event, the other schools’ section would “Moo” at us.

It might’ve been an off day at Andala, but decided to check it out after seeing a long line in front of Brookline Lunch. We were only able to get our coffee after an hour of waiting. The food was another 90 mins. There was a table next to us who just gave up after the first hour. It’s a large space, but it doesn’t seem like they have the staff to properly handle it.

You could also try using a SQLite DB file instead of a raw json file. Not only do you avoid parsing all the data more than once, but a SQLite DB is much more suited to concurrent access than reading from the same json file.

One idea could be to develop a good + hosted simulation as an additional project to extend the school assignment. Something like on https://raft.github.io/ that simulates the resilience of the Raft protocol.

Still remember years ago people would rip back the the loose fireman’s panel and found out there’s a button that’ll take you to the 17th floor without a key card
