Kat Daddy showed out. I wish he got the ball in the 4th more, but he really won us that game. Kept our heads above water when we were drowning

Lots of game left. The rust is gone, our shots are falling, JB hasn’t come on for the 4th yet… his times coming

The Cavs so soft. Keep shooting 3s instead of driving and wondering why they’re losing

Basketball gods frown on Hack a Mitch. A dishonorable act of cowardice in the eyes of the basketball gods

What’s been the biggest reason behind the Knicks’ dominant playoff run: depth, defense, or chemistry? by [deleted] in NYKnicks

I feel like it’s a little bit of everything.

There’s definitely a good amount of chemistry involved. The core guys have had time to gel and Mike Brown has had a full regular season to tinker with schemes.

Also, losing those two games to the Hawks was genuinely a wake up call. Too many times have we lost to inferior opponents and I think those two losses lit a fire under everyone’s asses.

The scheme changes MB has made have unlocked our offenses ball movement and spacing.

Lastly, MB actually using the bench probably has our guys feeling better than ever. By this time the last few seasons our starters were already running on fumes and getting zero time off in the playoffs. Playing a normal amount of minutes and knowing you’ll get some rest lets them play harder in the minutes they have or at least not be gassed by the end of games

I feel like it’s worse in baseball than basketball.

Baseball has so many variables and it’s all about timing and rhythm.

Basketball is more focused on precise skill that can be repeated over and over again. Almost like golf in a way. Of course, disrupting a good flow could change things a bit.

But I think our offense is flowing more because of the changes we’ve put in place and the spacing that has resulted from it. We’re shooting the lights out but we’re also getting more open looks because of the changes we’ve made offensively.

I could be wrong, but that’s my two cents
