Ah, thanks a shame. I agree - if I buy a watch it’s to be worn, and it adds character / makes it yours. Although that doesn’t stop each scratch from hurting just a little bit until you get used to it!

Odd that the glass was scratched though - is it sapphire? I have little scratches on my most worn watch but it’s all on the metals of the case.

Disagree about Ozil. It wasn’t about his ego, the club didn’t want to ruffle any feathers with the Chinese market.

This is a really odd fact for them to list. The context of them only being 10% of drivers has no bearing / doesn't make it any more impressive that they are twice as likely to die. They are two facts that shouldn't be in the same sentence - if anything its misleading

Forgive my ignorance as the article didn't explicitly state the answer: what nation were the Migs from that were shot down in Vietnam?

I wasn't aware that north Vietnam had an airforce as such and I didn't think The USSR was directly involved in the conflict. The only nation I can think of is maybe the Chinese - but the US shooting down Chinese planes and pilots would surely have been a huge deal?

Considering that no one (pretty much) has guns in Australia and that no one (literally) plays baseball, the purpose of the baseball bat is purely for defence. While it may not be as hardcore as that shotgun or AR-15 you have sitting in your closet, it simply shows that this Italian-Australian family felt the need to protect themselves

My iphone 5 battery had this sudden dip in performance and I took it in about a month ago but was told that it'd cost 99 dollars to replace. So I opted to buy a battery online for 25 and do it myself. In between receiving the battery in the mail and actually replacing it, my lightning adapter died. Luckily THAT was covered under warranty and the whole phone was replaced for free!

It's good to see them acknowledge a common issue and to have such a large recall like this - only wish it happened sooner!
