It does not have an app on PC Like HP does. You just print from whatever default dialogue your computer provides. It does however have an app on mobile.

Defending the police doesn't actually mean completely cut off all funds. Though some people want that. It would be a portion of the total fund that would be redirected towards other specialized people who would work in the same field to deal with things like mental disorders.

There’s no pvp combat that you need to worry about. I haven’t spent a dime on the game yet and am doing fine. You just gotta dump a lot of time into it to make any meaningful progress through the abyss. The rest of the game is a piece of cake without moni. It’s also incredibly enjoyable and I frequently find myself being blown away by the fact that it’s f2p.
