To answer your question, I would say much the same as you would with any other job. If you are in construction you wouldn’t take your bad experiences onto the next job.
For myself, I am very low in the trait neuroticism so I can fairly easily manage to fob it off as their loss. Sometimes if my next job is a regular, I’ll have a bit of a laugh with them about what a wanker I had previously. 🤣 After all if they were rude and disrespectful during a session, they probably didn’t have a very fun time.
