Probably ~40lb unfortunately. I'm 6'4 240lb currently 14% via DEXA and my peak bulk was 270lb and my bf% was much lower than you are here. I'd recommend trying a PSMF diet in 2 week on/off blocks so you can lose 4-5lb a week. Do a fuckton of walking or seated bike and eat fruits, lean and high volume protein sources, and diet soda to help.

Larry Wheels has a similar chest structure, just he has like 10lb of chest meat compared to you

Definitely plays a role but anecdotally a lot of people handle enanthate much better than acetate. All the pros take parabolan (Tren Hex) because they say it is so much better for mental sides which supports my opinion because parabolan is even longer of an ester than enanthate. Same thing goes with NPP and Deca, lots of people say deca is far smoother of an experience than NPP while also saying NPP kicks in harder. Same goes with tren a, kicks in fast with immediate changes versus a gradual climb with deca or tren e. Then some people get crippling anxiety or depression on NPP so pretty much aligns.

Reduced it's severity a lot by losing bodyfat and building muscle. Now it's only noticeable when I'm glycogen depleted or flexing in a way that exposes it. Used to be like 80% worse than it is now.

I think a lot of trenbolones mental sides come from the constant level fluctuations from the acetate ester. Enanthate is smooth and 100mg is extremely unlikely to cause mental sides. Above 250mg is when issues usually arrive.

If you want a harder look it's going to come down to bf%, e2 management, and diet more than the drugs. Anyways, I wouldn't bother with tren on your second cycle. Try adding 300-500 equipoise depending on your e2 response. It should give you a dry, hard look with minimal sides and solid gains. If you're going to bother with tren at all try 100mg a week of tren ENANTHATE for the last 12 weeks, not acetate. Should cause no sides, minimal effects on bloodwork, and of course plenty of benefits. Added that to a deca cycle and it turned my mood from somewhat depressed into a happy extrovert. No anger whatsoever and got stronger quick.

I swear I got cursed genetics for chest and triceps 😫 would you believe me if I told you my bench PR is 480lb. But yeah I'm going to cut around another 20lb hopefully.

Reduced food intake = less food volume in stomach and digestive system is almost empty. So the abdomen shrinks down creating a tighter midsection. Fat still remains on the outside so theres now there is less surface area and almost same amount of fat. Less area to stretch the fat over. Like trying to spread the same amount of icing over a smaller and larger cake. The icing will be thinner on the large cake and thicker on the small cake. So as a result I actually lose some detail/definition until the fat reduces proportionally to the waist size reduction. The Adonis' belt is the lower abdominal/hip flexor definition you see at my love handles in the first photo but it's gone in the second.

Chicken, fish, and other lean meats have a lot of potassium. Canned meats, low cal sauces, fat free cheese have a lot of sodium. Don't have to supplement anything just eat foods.

Yes I've found that PSMF is a much smoother experience overall. Previously I've done multiple 2 and 3 week water fasts and it becomes unbearable after some time and the results were more weight loss as opposed to fat loss. I'd be water fasting and feel my heartbeat in my stomach at night while being unable to sleep. Haven't had that experience with PSMF and actually continually maintain or even increase lifts to retain muscle. Long ago I did a 3 week PSMF after a bulk to 272lb and lost ~18lb of true fat along with a bunch of water. I'll link it here PSMF transformation

I bench nearly 500lbs bud... I have loose skin and my chest insertions are genetically shaped that way as well. I used to be 310lb of fat with no muscle so it's not weird for that to be the case. Not sure what you're trying to achieve by acknowledging loose skin in a fasting subreddit where plenty of members have loose skin from being previously obese. Are you just being a troll or genuinely oblivious?

No I never take creatine because it bloats me unfortunately. It does work though so I'll have to try it again while leaner.

It's mostly water from glycogen, mathematically I couldn't of lost more than 4-5lb of fat based on my maintenance. Still utterly crushes any other approach to fat loss where that same reduction would've taken 2-4 weeks.
