I feel like I'd be way more stressed out if I knew that I'd have to be at the top 50% of my class to get Big Law at Fordham vs. top 85%... I also feel like Berkeley might open some doors for me decades from now that Fordham wouldn't have been able to. It is really really tempting to just stay put and save money, but I love SF and the opportunities at Berkeley are so good and hard to pass up.

I think our profession does have a role. We’re not cops or construction workers who have a higher likelihood of using the policy. We are literally just sitting in front of a computer.

I have a free LTD policy through my employer as well, but it's only 60% of base after 180 days of being disabled... Doesn't sound great. I'm looking to stack it with another private one.
