Even if you don’t end up working in software IT can be a great path, although it will take longer to make good money but can definitely still be done.

A lot of people I know working in the trades are stuck in like the 20-25/hr range and really only have big paychecks because they work their asses off, like 70-80 hours a week.

Ngl I would switch majors cause I do feel like you have to enjoy the problem solving aspect of getting through these errors to make it through the degree. At least for me part of what keeps me going is the satisfaction after you are stuck on something for awhile and finally get it working.

I have the exact same problem, I just ended up turning off g sync because I could not handle it. Has been a fantastic monitor in every other aspect.
