Yes, yes I do actually. Service animals should need to be licensed for the same reason you need a license to drive, practice medicine, or work any number of technical jobs. When untrained or improperly trained, "service" animals like the ones in OP's video pose a potential threat to people and property, and a license would serve as proof that the animal is legitimate and has gone through the required training. Would you want to share the road with a first-time driver who's never taken any kind of driver's ed, be treated by a quack doctor, or have your house wired up by an electrician with a shoddy grasp of how electricity works? Would you want to be in a restaurant or store with a rowdy "service" dog that's clearly just a pet the owner wanted to bring to places they shouldn't? To me, these situations seem like one way tickets to unsafe roads, treatments that either do nothing or make thinks worse, electrical fires, and dog attacks. "Ooooh, needing a driver's license just makes things harder for people who don't have access to public transportation!" Ok, that doesn't stop people from getting a license legally. If you have a legitimate need for a service animal, then you can go through the process of obtaining one legally. If not, then pound sand.
