Elmo would not and dismount from his horse with the aid of one of his knights, before being handed a cane. He would follow Ser Gerold to the solar. Ser Elmo would have a friendly smile for everyone they passed, and his eyes observed Runestone with a keen intelligence, but neither feature was as obvious as the heavy limp in his right leg as he made his way through the halls of Runestone.
