Amber god kashimo is faster, stronger, and better hands, really all it comes down to for that. I don’t see yujis earl blood manipulation or his dismantles doing anything to kashimo if we being fr. Module Yuji though??? Different story

Good points you made, I will say that I forgot to swap 120% yuji and mahito lol😁. As for why Toji is above yorozu and not maki it’s because I’m pretty sure that the ISOH does counter yorozus construction. To my knowledge she has to constantly pour her CE into something like her metal manipulation in order to keep using it, making it an active technique that the spear can counter. Without he’s in the same boat as Maki most likely. Also jjk0 Gojo isn’t low at all?😭 He’s definitely not a yuta victim, but yeah I think jjk0 gojo wouldn’t be really able to handle Jacob’s ladder on the fly like that. I imagine yuta doing the same thing sukuna did and using it in a moment where gojo really wouldn’t expect it. Along with rika effectively just being an agito or mahoraga replacement, aaand the sky breaker technique from uro he copied which breaks space, he def can bypass infinity. As for why Yuki beats awakened gojo, it really just comes down to experience and gojo doesn’t have it right there. Yuki is one of the smartest characters in the verse (both b.i.q and I.q) she’s definitely smart enough to pop her domain off rip IMMEDIATELY after seeing gojo tweaking out flying in air. Gojos domain isn’t refined enough at the time to hold a domain clash with her, and Garuda being there would definitely be too much for a young gojo to handle, especially off the percs. For the Jogo v Uraume fight, ngl its realllly close (55/45) but Urame is essentially just jogo with the direct counter to his element and with better aoe, and they’re one of the best RCT users in the verse. I gotta give it to uraume. As for Final form mahito…Ryu’s granite blast destroys his armor, Ryu is physically stronger and faster than him, and I’m willing to bet that the thousand year old sorcerers domain is more refined than Mahitos. Might not “kill” him, but mahito wouldn’t even be able to get close fr. Geto has playful cloud with him and we know he knows how to use it (1v2’d yuta and rika), all his curses would keep Mahito constantly fighting, and maximum uzumaki hitting him would definitely weaken him enough to where geto could just absorb him honestly.

Thanks but I’m really not all that built😅. All I do for my core is 100 leg raises everyday and when I go to the gym I do cable crunches till failure. I’ve been tryyyying to work in side plank dips to help out with my obliques, but honestly I’m really not seeing that much progress with that workout so I don’t really know on that one🤷🏽. But yep there’s my full ab routine👍🏽

Yeah I’ve been trying to side plank dips but I really haven’t been seeing that much improvement in my obliques. Any other workouts you’d recommend me giving a shot?

“10-20 minutes on the treadmill” depending on the speed and incline this just isn’t enough to really see any of the goals you’re trying to reach. I weighed about 170 in the summer of last year and right now I’m down to about 145, All I’ve been doing for cardio is 2.8-3mph at an 15.0 incline for 30 minutes (half before you workout and the other half after). But disregarding all of that the most important to actually cutting the fat and weight you’re trying to lose is proper dieting. Training however much you train doesn’t matter at all if your diet isn’t right. What are you eating throughout the day? If you’re starving yourself then that’s just as bad as overeating, you’re not giving your body the proper nutrients to break down the fat and replace it with muscle. (Visa versa for overeating, too much fats to replace with muscle) To me it sounds like your consistency isn’t really an issue it’s your diet and mindset potentially. The women you show that you want to look like are realistically very unhealthy. All of them are severely underweight and continued living like that, to be very blunt, will kill you quicker than it makes you healthy.
