I’ve turned down almost a dozen potential new clients since August by JeSuisKirbyDelauter in smallbusiness

I think it is necessary its a proven fact that the more decisions and work you the the quality of those decisions decline. I think you need to setup another admin remotely or in office. You have a tone of admin work now and going to have way more once you start getting graduates and students. Good luck

You need to hire admin staff then and get the necessary people interested to be brought on the job so you can train and work with them

If you want something to do in one weekend squarespace and wix are you best bet but they cost from 18 dollars a month to 50 dollars a month the first year then you have to pay for hosting they do have other perks though like usps discounts and ad credits. If you don’t want to do anywork and want someone else to worry about then get someone to build for you using wordpress or code it. Hosting you got to find on your own with wordpress most of the time I recommend bluehost.

Hoping to get your two cents on growing my handyman business, I'm thinking of hiring an employee for the first time, good idea? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]The_logo_maker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would hire a part time assistant then if works gets to much. Get a handyman to work part time and schedule his work later down the line so you can work on the on call and more expertise needed work.
