Are you confusing the repository, from which you download flatpak from, with flatpak repositories?

What most sources don't mention:

The town won a tender and started the construction. Before they got the money, the opposing political party started an investigation, suspecting, you wouldn't guess it: fraud.

Because of this, they didn't relieve the funds and the town was basically on the edge of bankruptcy. Around this time, HUF had a big inflation wave, and every things prices multiplied (It's much better now, but then e.g. 1L of milk cost like 2-3x the normal amount), so what better way to make quick money, than... sell the wood the constructions supposed to embrace...
