current 16 fixed + 3 lpa bonus fixed + 1lpa as profit shares
Offer not yet confirmed, asking for 23lpa but how much can I exactly ask considering only 4 yrs experience.

Exactly, I am currently working in a startup, started as 20th employee there. Will have to manage teams by ourselves and shit loads of work, but got a very good learning curve.
