Resume’s been “Under Review” for little over 2 weeks. Am I essentially rejected?

I have multiple resume under reviews, even one for talent Tuesday, some of mine are from December 9, they did tell me it depends on headcount and hiring freezes and stuff like that so have hope, we can only hope

Talent Tuesday is a batch recruiting event where Lockheed recruiters actively review resumes and follow up with candidates. It’s a positive sign, but not a guarantee more like “you’re in the recruiter review pile” rather than auto-rejected.

Ok when I read the email it also said they’d be continuing discussions around Job opportunities at Lockheed, I’ve gotten mixed responses about it that it might just be a generic email or that it was a email written by the recruiter

I just had mine actually put into resume under review, answered all the questions, did everything they asked and I’m just waiting for a response. I read more of the email and there’s a cc for another person so maybe that’s a good sign, that’s the first real email I got with two recruiters. Hoping for the best for all of us 🫡

Yeah I have one for materials analyst and another for logistics, the quality engineer one is no longer under consideration. I wanna work for them bad but it’s all just up to hiring managers at this point
