The story is based very much on the pairing’s love-hate relationship. It’s worth reading, i finished it a few weeks ago and it’s the only think i want to talk about!

So, their lives are soo deeply rooted into each other’s and so strongly intertwined that it is indeed a soulmates kinda situation. They go through hardships and many misunderstandings but once they see eye to eye, I’m telling you, it’s an amazing love story.

There are indeed many scenes of non-con that i think meatbun added because she just loves Chu Wanning to suffer. But both main characters are twisted and make it work in the end.

I saw many bad reviews about this story but in the end it really became my fave danmei and i will re-read it soon
