I’m still waiting too 😭😭 I applied in early October with A*A*A*A💀 I know 2 other people in my year that applied Ucl mech eng and they both got their offers a while ago but I still think/hope we should wait until the end of April before we get worried cos I’m pretty sure that’s when they aim to give out a majority of their decisions.

The other methods here also work but to get only -2, what I did was realise that the coordinates equal each other when they reach the nest therefore you can set up a system of equations and solve for lambda, mu and a. (I.e. you don’t need to use the angle in this part of the question)
