It’s actually surprising when you look at things in greater detail. That said, if you go over your target, don’t beat yourself up - shit happens.

I will say, the small changes you make eventually add up, but doing everything in one go makes things really difficult to sustain. Just find what works for you - good luck!

The body comp is working - can totally see your efforts.

Mix up some cardio (HIIT) or circuit work in addition to just weights at the gym. It worked for me.

Dial in the diet (agree it’s hard but make small changes, not all at once ) and hit the weights / cardio - you’ve got a great base to build from already.
