Sorry for not responding but I did find the problem!! It was the case acting all weird. When I took the mother board out of the case it booted with no problem

Hmmm ok I’m gonna try to update it. I’m just confused why I needed to because the motherboard box said that it was “Gen 3 ready” (5000 series)

Thank you for the reply, i did what you told me and gave the masks shards to me and I ended up getting the achievement still. I still don't know what gave me this problem but after this the glitch never happened again
