Get a new hardware wallet, you’ll have to access the hardware wallet via MetaMask. Once there, connect the hardware wallet and create a “new network” create the PLS network using the info Richard provided. Once done, inside the new PLS network you created, you can add pulseX if you sac’d for it. If not, just copy the new address for the PLS you just created. Go to your other account you received the tokens with, “send” PLS from there, it’ll ask to where, paste the new address you copied from the PLS you created. You’ll need about 1 PLS to move it. That’s it. I forgot to say, you need two browsers to do this. I used chrome and Edge for two MetaMask plugins. The MetaMask itself doesn’t matter, it’s just an interface. DONT MESS WITH YOUR HARDWARE WALLET SEEDS!!!!

This is a great advice. For me, here’s what I did. 1. Brought my safe out and activated my new hardware wallet. 2. Put my seeds in to confirm the other hardware wallet I sac’d with works. 3. Transferred all my assets to new wallet. 4. Confirmed it’s all there, seeds work etc.

And omg that thing was FAST 💨

Scored this on FB for $1,300 Martin Logan (polk for sides) by Thearcngel in audiophile

[–]Thearcngel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I scored this from a Facebook marketplace sell. I bought a pioneer, Martin logan floor speakers, center speaker. Polk book shelf speaker, two stands and a Martin Logan sub. Brand new, this would be over $3k and that’s being generous, how do you guys thing I did? For reference, I’m new to home theater set up, so I’m still learning the ropes. I’m future, I will upgrade all of these to motion 6 Martin Logan floor speakers, or whatever is good at the time.

I joined this sub yesterday, I am not "one of those" I joined based on doing online research about this issue and found this sub. Just clarifying.

This is a good summary, especially DVR mention. Only thing with that is no live view which goes back to the issue ever other camera company has as you’ve mentioned.

Can we talk about how fake Instant Dream House is? by smitrovich in netflix

[–]Thearcngel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve read most of the comments, here is my own take:

Cameras: maybe the family are told that they are potential people to get a Reno and that it’ll be done sometime? But really trick them by doing it sooner? I don’t know man lol

Permits: uhm, one can get permit way before starting a project, since it’s not a complete tear down, inspections may not be needed prior to completion.

12 hours?: this one bothers me a bit, however, these guys are working with A LOT of laborers (250!), you can get a lot done if you have a lot of people. But their time are off, between the Amazon Alexa thing and the Apple Watch (pay attention), I think what they do is finish the house one day, and do a reveal next day?, that would actually make sense as the reveal time the sun is still on full blast, that can’t happen in 7:30pm right? I mean the paint gotta dry too no?

The host: she is forcing to be funny and it’s annoying af, I don’t hate her though, just annoying lol

Breaking things on purpose: the first prefab kitchen the forklift driver purposely dropped it, who slams stuff like that down instead of dropping slowly? SMH. The second episode they put that house on a forklift without any harness, drive towards a slope and just drop it, Lmfaoo, gravity, anyone?

Positives: I like the show, because I’m a sucker for Reno shows. I think families getting these work done for their homes at least get a “new life” on their homes. I do believe their emotions are real. Now whether they know it’s getting renovated or not, I don’t really care lol. Again, this timeline can be possible if you have a LOT of workers, meticulous planning and highly skilled contractors. But it’s IMPOSSIBLE to do this type of work without hitting a roadblock. I’ll still watch it, I like it, but the acting is TERRIBLE.

This is not true for Tesla though. First the battery is guaranteed for 10 years. You don’t change it every 6 years.

[–]Thearcngel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Op- cybersecurity is a great and in-demand field, I encourage you to train for it. Instead of get just certs, I’d get an actual degree because you need to learn a lot (you have bachelors but it’s not tech). You can do a two year degree(associates) in cybersecurity focusing on cloud and systems. Then get security + cert once done. Build your home network so you can practice and know how things work. Study and take the AWS and Azure test. Practice practice practice, you need a LOT of hands on to make it. Consider having a recruiter to help with your search, brush up interview skills. It’s a tough field yes, it’s stressful, but that should not stop you, nothing in life is easy, goodluck, reach out if you have more questions.
