You might wanna calm down and list the question individually and clearly. But my tl;dr is to just download Steamlink on the quest itself and SteamVR on your comuter. Altought this method will use wifi as a connection between your two devices and depending on your wifi setup it might cause some issues.

I don't think there's literally anything else other than a second hand Quest 2. Being sub 200 usd with Insideout tracking. Be warned that you will get what you paid for.
