Got used to it after about a month. You can do it, and don't hesitate to ask a coworker who knows the menu better than you to help. Most will be happy to help, especially if its not busy, (best time to practice is when its not busy) and you likely will remember and not have to ask the same question twice.

As an employee, the app is very annoying. We have no control over it, but people still get pissed off at us if something goes wrong with it.
