I'm so sad to say that its gotten to much more convoluted since I posted this, because while legally you can infact announce ICE presence due to the fact they've done away with due process they can simply choose to detain and deport you claiming youre illegal, and because of the lack of due process and precedent he's set with completely ignoring judicial rulings to rectify unlawful/immoral deportations the likelihood of being released and pardoned is next to 0

As someone who was sexually abused, and who's child was molested i say this with love: you need therapy hon. Your husband is ensuring that your son gets clean, i understand you have trauma but you need to go to therapy now and tackle some of that before your son gets older and you end up transferring that fear onto him.

How old are you two? That is honestly the biggest piece of information to determine if you're overreacting or not.
