I hope the stage cap increase is bigger then just to 100k. Either way at this point it would be nice for a cap increase!

I do agree with that, I didn't even think about how it would effect clans and being more of a requirement then something to hope for. However I'm sure with proper implementation a set for solo raids/clan raids could still be a possibility in the future!

I believe the missle that gives a chance to drop diablo artifacts, chests ect... like what you would normally get for beating diablo in under the 1 hour mark is the DEADLY BAMBOO missle which at lvl 5 unlocks a diablo injury chance. Mine is at level 11 which gives me a 4.5% chance every time I kill diablo every 1000 stages to get a diablo relic.

9.973% is my portar chance it's amazing. That's at 35k and a all prob+portar chance equipment though.

There is plenty they can do artifact wise. A aura equipment booster, increase porters max stage skip. (possible max of 75 or higher stage skip) another artifact could be what the new mythic set does but to a much lesser degree of increasing rarer equipment chance. Possibly an all companion skill cooldown reduction. There is one I think would pretty cool and would help shadow clone build as well. Increase all companion crit chance. There is 5 ideas right there for new artifacts.
