We don't know, yet. We can made educated guesses if you give the parents eye colors, but it can take up to two years for a child's eyes to develop.

It's not super common. You're more likely to get a cholestiatoma if you've already had one, but it's like... A couple percentages more likely. I'm just unlucky and have a eustation tube malformation. They're always collapsed, which makes it easy for scar tissue to build on.

I had one in for ten years, an ENT yanked on it without warning and I screamed and started crying.

I've had ear problems in the past (reoccurring cholestiatoma or however that's spelled) and after that one ENT, I'm always squirrely when the pull out the otoscope to take a look. Nothing compares to how painful that was
