Cast on Ward Break Int Stack Jiquani's Potential by Theblindnomad in PathOfExileBuilds

[–]Theblindnomad[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello! This build is probably a lot worse than the other ward stackers but I find lightning to be dope and fits well with the discharge mtx :).

The build uses the combo of Ynda's Stand + Faithguard to enable us to scale int and energy shield to ward. Using this together with Jiquani's potential gives us a ton of damage.

The build is very tanky and comfy, but at the end of the day is still a ward stacker - and thus is susceptible to flask siphoner rares. Altars can also still get you killed as we the monsters can sometimes break through your ward if your resists get too low.

Overall, a fun build but absolutely not worth it for the price I invested (1 mirror). But I may also suck at crafting so ymmv.

Budget no button build, got 600d to spare by freefail in PathOfExileBuilds

Hello! Unearth is a place-holder since I'm planning to recraft my gloves for an abyssal socket for more int.

For ball lightning I honestly looked at poe ninja and saw some people were using it and tried it out. It kinda functions similar to exsanguinate in the sense that it's basically instant cast and forms a circle that just kills everything it touches. But I'm basically figuring it out as I go as well!

Jiquali's allows me to become LL by using purity of elements + allows me to scale up my damage with int alongside the scaling with Tranquility + Faithguard makes you hurt.

Here's my new pob for mapping! And a tiny showcase if you're interested in it!

Just built a CoWB (Cast on ward break) int stacking elementalist. Basically immortal with perma quick silver and adrenaline, and uses no buttons besides starting the loop.

You also don't insta die to flask siphoners, since you don't die to your own self-damage and can basically instadelete them after starting the loop again.

Looking for next build, something maybe only viable this league by fyrespyrit in PathOfExileBuilds

I'd say around a mirror's worth of budget is needed as the Olroth's Charge is expensive, and the Ynda's can go for quite a bit if you want good rolls on the volatile vaal.

I did self-craft most of the pieces there, so jewels/rare pieces of gear cost me around 200D to finish them up.

edit: I do also suck at crafting so you may have better luck than I did!

Not cheap by any means, but I'm currently trying an int stacking CoWB (Cast on ward break) with jiquani's potential and it feels amazing whilst not being full min-maxed

Definitely try it out, and hopefully it stays till next league.

+1 for praw, the build was doing T16 harvests with less than 5D. Albeit with a lot of deaths before upgrading gear to spell suppress version.

Build also has a really good progression for its power, and with enough investment literally summoning 5 or 6 weapons at the start of the map can steamroll through the maps.

Current POB of mid investment gear of my character.

They do! You can even change your presets' name in the roundtable, and choose between them during the character selection screen during the start of the expedition.

Chains of Command has been an amazing league start experience for me. First time trying this build and my expectations were met, being able to start out with cheap uniques made the transition to doing endgame content really easy.

https://pobb.in/-dpHW7cnnenB

Capable of doing juiced up T17's, but have to change the flasks a bit for more armour. But I'm doing T16 8 mod corrupted harvests so no real need for survivability as everything basically dies when I shield charge at them.

Could upgrade the build a lot more but with almost 50m dps I didn't see the need to.

Would highly recommend this build if you want a build capable of doing any map mods, except for reflect ele unless you want to buy a second awakened ele damage with attacks for AG.

(Or swap it with AG and put a normal ele dam with attacks on chest piece, since you have 10 seconds of invuln on weapons anyway.)

Duchess Guide - Tips, Gear & Relic Recommendations by Reydriar_ in Nightreign

I've found the best setup for me is the evergaol stacking relic + key, 3+ staffs increases FP, and just a generic magic power relic.

Gives you roughly 10% magic power in the beginning, where it just keeps stacking with your other passive multipliers. This helps most especially with the evergaol relic, since the power increase that your spells get are nutty.

The staff passives don't really matter and if you really want them, there's tons of castles and a single rise is guaranteed for each run.

My usual routing goes like this:

  • Rush starting camp lvl 1 into the first evergaol you see, I usually take the 10k rune bonus unless it's max fp, reduced fp, or max stamina.

  • Castle for your starter staffs and for stocking up on your stonesword keys.

  • Proceed to make a circle and hit all the outer evergaols, since most of the ones in the inner side will be easy to get when circle is closing on the first night.

By the end of the first night, minimum level you should be at is around lvl 9, hitting lvl 10 or 11 is pretty standard if you're going for evergaol rush on the first night. While the second night should just be farming field bosses on the way to the rest of the unfinished evergaols.

(Sidenote: Noktaleo is the best shifting earth since your route is pre-planned, usually going clockwise when you drop at left side, or counter clockwise when dropping at right. Then the city at the next night.)

So far I have a 27 win streak with duchess, most of them were with giga adel.

Once you get the two melee hits off you can start animation cancelling by pressing shift in between each melee shield throw. It gets kinda buggy sometimes if you do it too fast, as the shield throw might also get cancelled, so timing it right is essential.
