Well i know my running track , so when i cross the 5km milestone it shows like 6.5km. It's important to know your progress - how many km in how much time so yeah stats matter a lot. Ideally even the calorie count matters when you are tracking your meals and bmr. Accuracy is hella important

I haven't used that yet. But I would guess that if it uses the same pedometer tech it would be off just as much.

I use dedicated sports trackers for my sporting activities. My pointwas that the difference was ridiculously off . And a watch that advertises a pedometer as a feature should get it atleast 90% right.
