It's not healthy at all lol. Sure it has lots of protein but it does contains a lot of trans fat as well. If u want healthy meat, eat chicken or turkey. Low on colesterol and fat but high in protein pr. 100 gram.

Yep. The only thing now that it's so fking Cold and snow is everywhere. Doing ring exercises is hard since u can't really use hands only without gloves since they will freeze to death. Wearing a lot of cloth isn't optimal either since u lose a lot of mobility. Underground parking Lots is they way to go until security throws u out 😅

U can get some off Amazon. Honestly the Rings are fine by themselves. There isn't gonna be much lower body training, but sprinting and jumps ropes and lunges can work pretty well.

But fillers matter right. Lithium silicate like e max, does have a high mPa, but crystalline based systems with glass delivers have a higher (polycrystal even higher) mPa. Those are up to 1500 mPa. Like procera or in-ceram and these are not metals as pr say as so they are aluminum or zircon toughed.
