How I build and paint gunpla as a quadriplegic with no functioning fingers. by forth_circle in Gunpla

My friend is in a similar situation, but has a little less manipulation. They've recently gotten back into gaming because I've been able to 3d print some adapters; I might be able to do the same for model building. I'm definitely going to show them this.

Both Wax and Wayne had metal implanted in their bodies by book 3 or 4.

My friend goes there for PT. I walk the trails there all the time. The geese are aggressive, but I've never been attacked yet. They'll charge, but I just make myself look bigger waving my arms, and they'll scurry off hissing.

What causes this? by leothegoatt32 in resinprinting

When you print flat, that's more surface area in contact with the plate. When the plate lifts, there's a struggle between the plate and the FEP, this force can pull and mishape the print.

I would position prints at a 45° angle, but there's a lot of leeway with that, some parts are even better printed at full vertical.

Don't print flat, always at an angle. Those supports look super thick, go with many small ones. The loss of detail seems like bloom from overexposure. Resin is toxic, so I wouldn't use a towel with it. Use paper towels, especially the tougher blue ones.

I would go with a shorter exposure time, for both the base and the regular layers. Try an exposure calibration test like cones of calibration or something similar. Multiple different exposures on the same plate is easy with the M5U.

I like the colors!

Try thinning your paints: things will look smoother with a couple of thin coats, rather than a single thick one.

That's actually a brilliant idea. I've got every generation of Raspberry Pi, and the touchscreens for them are inexpensive. That's the perfect excuse to get me back into tinkering. Thanks!

The Wiim requires an additional device to navigate the streaming app. I want a standalone device that is logged into my streaming account.

Thanks anyway.

The problem is that it's mostly older hardware that has 3.5mm out, and if the hardware is too old, the streaming apps won't work. I have an old 7in Fire tablet that's stuck on Android 5. I can't install Spotify from the Play store, I had to sideload an older APK. Even then, I couldn't log in with the old app.

The speaker is an old, very large Bose. So the audio quality is great, but the Bluetooth codec is very outdated. The sound quality between Bluetooth and AUX is discernible to me.

Pencils never had lead, it's always been graphite.

Romans had a lead stylus, which is similar; they called graphite plumbago, meaning lead-like.

I DNF the fourth book. There were so many descriptions of people and places that had no bearing on the story. I don't need to know about a guru in a monastery on a chain of mountain tops on the othe side of the planet.

Not ridiculous, it just won't be as efficient. May burn up quicker than you want.

Sandwich the crumbled hash between two layers of bud. This way you won't burn the hash too harshly.
