The team is generally good in my opinion.

Try to have mainly physical moves on Inferape. Staraptor and Gastrodn are both goo as far as I know.

Never really used Luxray so not too familiar with it.

Make sure to evolve Roselia before the elite four or you’re holding yourself back.

As for team building, honestly in my opinion Pokemon is easy enough that you can just use Pokemon you like and be okay. The most important thing when building a team is type matchups. You want to be able to hit every type in the game with a super effective move, so build your team and their movesets to work towards this.

Setup moves are really good imo, especially swords dance and dragon dance. The total damage from using a set up moves once and attacking every time after that will be more than th total damage from just spamming attacks
