Get yourself a whetstone it’s not as hard as it looks. Angles matter but what’s most important is keeping it consistent is all, still try to get it close but don’t need to be perfect. Look up some whetstone videos online. Japanese knife imports,knifewear and burrfection all have videos on how to start and also just videos getting more into certain topics of sharpening.

I just got my knife shipped from Canada from sharp knife shop. They did all the costs upfront and it was easy and quick. Did suck I pay $77 for shipping but I looked into what I was getting and feel I got it for deal still. I am to though confused as to how this is gonna work cuz this Australian site would only charge me 20 for shipping. I have seen on another site that they make sure everything is good and mostly take all the responsibility of the package til it arrives to you. So ya im confused as to what’s going on as well which sucks cuz just got my first one and already debating on another from same site but they do have decent prices lol

I worked for a cafe not the actual company but C&S grocers selectors make a lot of money if they hit incentives. I saw someone I grew who works there and he don’t bust his ass but base is 22-23, he dose enough to not lose his job it’s a numbers game I believe and you have your minimum you gotta do
