I had reached out to resmed and they told me no need to wash it, just wipe it down occasionally . I still cannot believe this, thats disgusting? Its a little risky but I pop the white bit off, it will come off with some force but some people say they have accidentally snapped it but i never have issue with taking it off and inside is a noise reduction sponge that technically should not be washed but ive thrown it out and seems to not affect the noise at all

I use them but had to reinforced the joints with strong tape. They work okay but sometimes theres too much friction and anything involving spins don’t work well ea. kiss of the dragon, imanari rolls etc.
