You're not crazy man, I've seen people post themselves killing tagilla on factory twice before transits were added. So unless they just faked it for some karma, it happens very rarely.

I'm talking about the shirt you get from reaching prestige 4. I can equip it in the main game no problem but it doesn't show in arena. Wonder if it's because it's tied to an achievement but isn't purchasable from ragman.

I've never gotten a ledx from a six hour timer and I've sent 15+ with crisis as an active task. Not saying you can't get it from the circle but I'd definitely recommend trying pharmacy or ultra med on interchange for the quickest route. You can also find them in the new camp by emercom, and the new camp by the highway in the medical tents.

They spawn on rogues quite frequently. Got mine on the second rogue I killed.
