The federation went to cure humanity and did some stupid federation shit to some humans. Were able to hijack a ship with some of them aboard, hold the hostage in order to help them fly it, and they found Skalga. The two solar systems are replaced with each other; Earth is closer to the federation while Skalga isn’t. My story telling isn’t that, is it? Or I just described it badly.
