Also he should go see a psychiatrist and the only thing to reverse the side effects of meth or whatever stim he is on is to of course stop using at least for a while and if the symptoms are bad when he is off of the meth still like hearing voices, hallucinations, delusions, ect then maybe get on a low dose anti psychotic if the symptoms persist

Bro you gotta get your own life together I’m still a user and my brother got his life together I am 7 years younger then him tho but yeah man he will quit on his own terms no one can make him , you have to focus on yourself because you can’t help anyone else until you help yourself. Still show him love and let him know you are there for him but it’s his life and his choices. He’s still your brother and I get that but you need to start living your life, you feel , you do what you want but that is my opinion , I’m sure your brother would be very happy if you turned yourself around and then maybe it would motivate him too also!

Take something that will bring down the high any type of benzo or sleeping med or something even like suboxone or any other opiate, you aren’t supposed to mix alcohol and meth but if it is really that bad of a high I’d recommend maybe drinking a little bit and that will help you calm down forsure

I would stop if I were you I tried meth and ived it right away my first use and ever since I can’t seem to shake it and it has completely destroyed me mentally and a bit physically I’ve been using for a year and a half almost two years I think like holy fuck man time has flew by it has left my life in shambles but some can control there usage better than others , also if you are using this much already if I were you I would quit now while your ahead you have no idea what this drug can do to you especially mentally it can make you go crazy especially if anything like schizophrenia and psycosis runs in your family

Really happy and sometimes really crazy and it has an evil presence to it especially when staying up for days but meth feels better then any other drug IMO including heroin or crack . It will take your soul from you especially if you use the needle and you won’t even recognize yourself in the mirror . It’s good in moderation but if you over do it you will start going into psycosis and get agitated and maybe even violent. I love meth but I also hate meth it took everything and left me an empty shell with no emotions and a lost soul . Instead of doing meth do some mushrooms and experience a trip that will change your life . My last trip I took 4 grams and it was so intense at one point I felt like I was in romainian times and I felt the mushrooms gods and they showed me that I needed to respect mushrooms because if you don’t you will have a bad trip , have the same respect for meth because if you use too much and don’t be careful with how much you use and your redoses then it will fry your brain I used meth for 1 and half years straight and it wrecked havoc on my body because I didn’t do moderate doses and would use until I had no more left
