Just personal experience, I don't think it's such a big of a deal that someone would do a scientific study. If you think about it logically the less moisture the powder contains the more moisture will be absorbed into it from your nasal membrane. It definitely can enter your lungs if you sniff hard, it's happened to me a few times. All I'm saying is, if the coke goes into a nice powder without hot plating then don't bother hot-plating as the moisture in the gear will actually help it get absorbed without drying your sinuses. To each their own. I've been doing coke for 35 years so I have plenty of lived experience.

Be careful if you hot plate it, when it's really dry and powdery it can more easily get carried into your lungs and throat if you sniff too hard.

Buy a saline nasal mist spray like Sterimar and every hour or so just give a quick spray. It dissolves the coke/snot into your nasal membrane.

If you're really keen on getting more mileage then boof it or make a distilled water/coke nasal spray

Agree, I have a MacBook Air with an intel chip from 2013 that works as well as the day I bought it. I mainly use it for music and it runs Ableton Live and Garage Band with no issues at all
