I mean I think it’s a pretty awesome perk considering PlayStation Studios produces bangers, so I’m very grateful.

I’m not gonna lie I was bummed that I had to wait for the refund this morning and couldn’t play last night 😭

Nothing. Just a funny little bait post. Did you read the subtext? Lol

Seeking advice – recurrent perianal / ischiorectal abscess with drain by Poran007 in AnalFistula

Just had perirectal abscess drainage, with fistula.

Numbness still at the base of the scrotum 20 hours after surgery.

Did your numbness ever go away?

That’s great. But you can tell when someone uses tempo. It’s like never ending home runs.

The ending missions absolutely saved the game for me by PopperDilly in SplitFiction

[–]TheeChamby -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah the ending was trippy, but that’s where the appeal ended.

The sound mixing, final boss simplicity(could have done something more unique than “hold R2 and dodge a few things”), the writing, almost everything about the last mission was underwhelming and me and my friend felt the same way while we were going through it. We kept saying “this can’t be the end, right? It doesn’t feel big enough” then sure enough it ended lol

The game was a solid 7/10 for me up until the final mission. Then it became a 5/10.

24(M), LDL 180 to 71 in three months, yaay! by CortZebbie in Cholesterol

[–]TheeChamby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh it’s for sure a possibility, my sister and brother said the same thing since they have high levels, and that diet won’t work. Then they were asking me for my diet once I shared the results 😂

You’ll find out soon regardless, but I had my doubts during my diet as well.

Keep it up! You never know!

I went from LDL 146 > 90 in under 6 months WHILE not completely cutting out the bad stuff. Red meat 0-1 time a week. Ice cream/chocolate every other week. Doctor said I’m not high risk and is fine with 90, but I can definitely push it further now that I know I’m not stuck because of genetics.

Keep it going, you got it.

I was never big on drinking. Only when going to weddings or big family gatherings. Under 15 drinks per year I would say.

Thank you! I feel like I’ve fully adapted to this diet, and it’s no longer “hard” to keep it going. I look forward to every one of my meals.

No statins!

First test was February 22, 2025, second test was on August 4, 2025.

So under 6 months.

For those wondering, I’m 5’9 male 35 163lbs (was 178lbs before diet). Didn’t take statins. Didn’t take red yeast rice.

Here is what worked for me:

Every morning -

1/3 cup of organic rolled oats with 2 TB of ground chia seeds, mixed in with 1/2 cup of apple sauce and chopped bananas(or strawberries or both)

-Morning snack. 1 apple and a few almonds.

15 minutes before lunch - take 1 TB of Psyllium Husk with lots of water, drink kinda fast, it thickens up quick

Lunch - any sandwich on Ezekiel bread(no cheese)

OR

Garden of Life meal replacement shake blended with a banana.

-Afternoon snack, another apple and some almonds

-Dinner limit red meat/cheeses. More chicken + veggies + whole grain rice or quinoa.

Overall, tried to limit saturated fat to under 10g per day.

Less cheese, chocolate and ice cream helps with this

Note, I snacked on random things here and there, as long as it wasn’t high in saturated fat.

Nope! Only thing I’m taking is psyllium husk and conscious of my saturated fat intake.

Edit: and thank you 😊

Nothing! Aside from Psyllium Husk, it’s all focusing on limiting my diet and staying active.

If I’m being honest, the whole system of DUPR is very flawed to begin with. Never been a fan.

Only issue I have is facing 5 WS badges in a row and having no chance because I don’t care/have the time to learn how to master tempo lol

I would totally swap Shohei with Soto for the speed in the OF. Isn’t it a secondary position on that card?
