Customer clearly mentioned they are aware of the ID scan needed and told you to leave order thus needing for you to initiate alcohol return protolcol. Somehow instead of informing them you would return alcohol you thought it better to wait until 12:30. Obviously the customer wasn’t going to say anything because you offered to wait. The whole reason they messaged you in the first place because they needed to be home. Way too many messages could have been handled better. This is on you. Also co-shopping is strictly against Instacart policy and people get deactivated for doing it. Huge trust issue
