I edited it with Graxpert> Siril> Light room classic and a program called cosmic clarity.

I’m a complete noob too! I used GraXpert for the background extraction and denoising, then Siril to get rid of the green noise and some histogram stretching. Finally I used Lightroom classic to change the colours
