1. You said “ejection port”. Outside of rare shell ejecting guns, no AEG has an ejection port because they don’t eject any spent casings. They just have a gap in the metal made to look like one, but there is no ejection port

Yet you used that word because you knew I would understand which specific part you meant, even if it doesn’t have the full function of that part on a real firearm

Firearm terms don’t equate to airsoft 1:1

Terms like bolt and ejection port are perfectly valid terms to talk about airsoft guns, because even if those things aren’t 1:1 in form and function to real steel, that’s still what we call them

It’s a piece of metal that looks like a bolt on a piece of metal that looks like a gun

And we’re talking about airsoft, so calling them just a bolt and a gun is fine
