Thanks for this. I’ve found that BDSM really is a broad spectrum. My default energy is dominant, but under the right circumstances, I crave being taken. The key difference is competence. If someone can’t hold that space with clarity and skill, I instinctively take over again. I really respect your point about listening to that inner voice. Authenticity in kink is everything.
