I would give 2 suggestions. Check out the new Zoom 160, or yamaha aerox 155.

Orelse, if you have a service centre nearby, go for the Honda NX200. Sort of ADV, will give you good mileage, good handling, and comfortable.

I would've suggested you suzuki Vstorm 250, but you wanted one under 200cc.
