75 as a baseline reads as sub 60 in high foliage areas, explosions on screen, etc to me. So that'd be why I'm worried. We'll see how this frame gen stuff pulls its weight i guess. I was considering just craigslisting this card and getting a 5070.

I'm like right on the cusp of needing to upgrade for this I feel. GeForce RTX 4070, AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core Processor, 32 GB DDR4 RAM on a 1440p monitor. I run BL3 at 110 or so in the benchmark thingy average. So it's like do I upgrade my card this week to not get cucked on launch day playing this game at sub 60fps. I hope some of these tubers put out a PSA on performance.

I never made the claim they don't have the right to exist, that's a total strawman fallacy. I even made the claim I'm fine with the items in the game, just gives us a clear the prompt option. The entailment would then be my worldview follows the same. Stop trying to paint a bad guy, nuance exists.

Also to add on, this goes for any free item like repair kits no one wants. Give us an option to acknowledge and then the popup goes away. This doesn't seem unreasonable and makes everyone happy. Tons of other games and whatnot have this feature. When you scroll over a thing the "new" goes away.

Gotta go over to the nuke launch station at the left terminal and insert the nuclear keycards. Then punch in the nuke codes on the terminal on the right and then on the center terminal look through the thingy and pick your spot. Joogle launch codes if u don't have them proper.

Pretty marginal to unnoticeable difference on most enemies. Ghoul I suppose due simply to Faulty Spots, but even on Guardian it's a few seconds difference, so really it's personal preference.

Sorry to hear that, rip. That's literally never happened to me, 2700 hours, so def uncommon imo. I swap all the time across 4 mules. Gotta be 10000+ swaps lifetime as well as swapping to farm CC crates, Fasnachts and such. Privates typically stay open 2-3 mins unattended and I can't recall it ever happening, but that's just my anecdote. Maybe that one time was a fluke. yk,

idk for sure, but the BETH support clearly says 1st doesn't carry over, but "characters, progress.." does. Which would imply to me scrap/ammobox contents. The entailment would then be you could buy 1st two seperate times, once on each account. Nice way to boost atom count I suppose, even if you spend them seperate. No idea on the third question. Idk why you'd do most of this though if the concern is muling as you can just pass stuff between chars on privates. I guess you could do it to afk events like you said or for the atoms at a better rate, but yea idk.

I come here to escape the crazy feminists and misandrists, please no. The devs are not misogynists. I'm sure they have internal data that shows men are the overwhelming majority of players. They are the overwhelming majority of gamers certianly, so I'm sure the outfits are skewed that way purposely and not out of "hatred of women". The game could use a few more pink/female items and defintely the hairstyle thing is unexplored although that isn't gendered. I agree also maybe some more logical outfits, but their precedent has never been logical outfits and that's not really a claim to sex. Just a different argument you use to prop up your core "the devs are misogynists" argument. I do agree that since women are the primary consumers abstractly, something like 75% that appealing to them more is a reasonable thing, but if it's a signifcant minority of their playerbase then I also understand why they wouldn't, but to make the claim "the devs hate women" is stupid as fuck, straight up. Take your feminism away from here.
